Laura's Bio

Laura grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas area.  While working in the banking industry for six years, she obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting, from the University of Texas at Arlington.  She worked as an Assistant Controller for approximately five years.  For the next 15 years she stayed home to raise and educate her children.  

 

She has been married to Steve for 25+ years and they have three beautiful daughters, Alyssa, Julianne, and Michelle.  Family continues to be her highest priority, although assisting clients with their real estate transactions is a very close second, and an extremely important part of her life.  We are members of St. Paul's United Methodist Church, as well as involved in Las Cruces community affairs.

 

In 2000 our family moved overseas, from the Dallas, TX area.  We sold our home in Dallas, while overseas, with an excellent realtor.  Then, we also hired another great realtor to assist us with our transition from overseas to Las Cruces, NM in 2003. Because of these two long-distance relocations, accompanied by long-distance relationships with our realtors,, I understand relocation personally!  You can count on me to communicate and keep you informed! 

 

Laura obtained her real estate license in 2004 and was awarded the Steinborn GMAC Real Estate "2005 Rising Star Award."  In 2005 she was already a multi-million dollar producer, during only her first year in the business.  Laura's business has grown, and she has earned many distinguished awards.  Her cummulative production, to-date, is $30M in sales. This is as a result of commitment to her clients, excellent communication skills, hard work, attention to details, all with an eye on the big picture.
